By downloading, purchasing, or using Waterlemon, you agree to these terms.

Waterlemon provides curated icon Skills that you can install and use with ChatGPT Work and Codex.

Your purchase includes a downloadable Waterlemon Skills ZIP. You can attach the ZIP to ChatGPT Work or Codex Chat and ask it to install the included Skills.

Waterlemon also includes an optional companion Mac app that lets you browse Skills, customize colors, copy Skill prompts, and export a single Waterlemon plugin containing all Skills.

The companion Mac app requires macOS 15.1 or later. This requirement applies only to the Mac app and not to the downloadable Waterlemon Skills.

Instead of installing the Skills ZIP directly, you can activate the companion Mac app, export the Waterlemon plugin, then install it from ChatGPT → Plugins → Personal.

To generate icons, you need access to ChatGPT Work or Codex. Availability, usage limits, and generation capabilities depend on your OpenAI account and plan.

You may use icons generated with Waterlemon for personal, commercial, client, app, website, branding, social media, and marketing projects.

You are responsible for reviewing generated icons before publishing or using them in production.

Waterlemon, its Mac app, icon Skills, Skill prompts, website content, design, copy, and related materials are owned by Sohna.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, copy, repackage, or offer Waterlemon Skills or product materials as your own product or service. This restriction does not apply to icons you generate using Waterlemon.

Waterlemon is provided as is. We aim to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every Mac configuration, OpenAI plan, ChatGPT or Codex update, usage limit, policy change, or future platform change.

Waterlemon is an independent product by Sohna and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Apple.

Waterlemon does not collect or upload your prompts, generated icons, project files, ChatGPT conversations, Codex content, or personal workspace data.

Waterlemon may collect limited product analytics, such as when the app is opened, a Skill is copied, the plugin is exported, or a purchase is activated.

These events help us understand how Waterlemon is used and improve the product. They do not include the content of your prompts or creative work.

Waterlemon does not sell your personal data.

Exported Skills, generated icons, prompts, and local files are not uploaded to Sohna servers.

Purchases, payments, downloads, and license management may be handled by third-party services such as Gumroad. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Waterlemon is a downloadable digital product that provides immediate access to the Waterlemon Skills and companion Mac app.

Refunds are available within seven days if the provided Skill files cannot be installed as documented, the companion Mac app does not run on a supported Mac, plugin export fails, or you accidentally purchased the product twice.

Refunds are not available for a change of mind, if you do not have access to ChatGPT Work or Codex, or after the Skills have been exported or used.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Waterlemon Skills can be installed in two ways:

• Attach the Waterlemon Skills ZIP to ChatGPT Work or Codex Chat and prompt it to install the included Skills.
• Or activate the companion Mac app, export the Waterlemon plugin, then install it from ChatGPT → Plugins → Personal.

When contacting support, mention which installation method you used and what went wrong.

If the issue involves the companion Mac app, please include your macOS version, Waterlemon version, and a short description of the issue.

Screenshots are helpful when something is not working as expected.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
